Self-service print kiosks for airport terminals

Every terminal needs a place to print.

Departure Docs kiosks let travelers print boarding passes, visas, forms, and business documents in minutes — straight from their phone, email, USB, or cloud. Unmanned, compact, and open 24/7.

The gap in every terminal

Travel went digital. The paperwork didn't.

Millions of passengers move through U.S. airports every day, and a predictable share of them hit the same wall: they need a physical document, right now, and the terminal has nowhere to print it.

Travel documents

Printed boarding passes for international carriers, visas, customs forms, and entry paperwork that border agents still want on paper.

Business essentials

Presentations, contracts, and signed agreements for travelers heading straight from the gate to a meeting.

Everything else

Hotel confirmations, insurance documents, event tickets, shipping labels — the paper moments no one plans for.

How it works

From phone to paper in a few minutes.

No account, no attendant, no line at a service desk.

Designed for the concourse

Fits where a vending machine fits.

  • Freestanding unit with a footprint under 15 square feet — pre-security or post-security.
  • Needs only a standard power outlet and a data connection.
  • Anonymous by design: documents are printed on demand and never stored after the job completes.
  • Restocking, maintenance, and uptime monitoring handled entirely by Departure Docs.
For airport partners

A traveler amenity that pays rent.

Departure Docs is built to slot into terminal commercial programs the way ATMs and vending do — small footprint, no staffing requirement, and a service passengers genuinely need.

New non-aeronautical revenue

Turns unused wall space into a revenue-sharing concession with no buildout beyond a power outlet and a data connection.

Zero staffing burden

Fully unmanned and remotely monitored. Paper, toner, and uptime are managed by us, not your operations team.

A measurable service win

Solves a daily passenger pain point that currently lands on airline counters, information desks, and guest services staff.

FAQ

Common questions.

What can I print at a kiosk?
Anything you can get onto the kiosk: PDFs and documents sent from your phone, email attachments, files on a USB drive, or documents in cloud storage. Boarding passes, visas and entry forms, contracts, presentations, tickets, labels — if it prints on standard paper, the kiosk handles it.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per page and displayed on the kiosk screen before you pay — no account, subscription, or minimum. You only pay for the pages you print.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Walk up, send your file, tap your card, take your pages. The entire flow is designed to take a few minutes with nothing to download or sign up for.
What happens to my documents after I print?
Files are processed for the print job and then deleted. Nothing is stored on the kiosk after the job completes, and documents are never used for anything other than printing them.
Which airports have Departure Docs kiosks?
We're in active conversations with airport commercial teams on our first placements. Want us at your airport? Use the request form above — traveler demand is exactly what we bring to those conversations.
I work at an airport. What do you need from us?
A few square feet of floor or wall space, a standard power outlet, and a data connection. We handle the kiosk, installation, restocking, maintenance, and monitoring end to end, under a direct commercial agreement or through your master concessionaire program.
